An all encompassing kit for AUTOSTAR, AUDIOSTAR, AUTOSTAR II, & AUTOSTAR III\u00a0 controlled MEADE telescopes.<\/p>\n

The ASIIE\/ASRCP Wi-Fi kit consists of the following items<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Wi-Fi Adapter<\/li>\n
  2. Wi-Fi Adapter Antenna<\/li>\n
  3. A 3 foot cable (1 m) with a RJ45 Connector on one side and a RJ9 Connector on the other end (hbx port)<\/li>\n
  4. A 3 foot cable (1 m) with RJ45 connector on one side and an RJ11 connector on the other end (RS232 port)<\/li>\n
  5. A 3 foot Y-Cable (0.9 m) with RJ45 connector on one side and two connectors on the other end. A RJ11 connector to plug into the RS232\u00a0 on the handheld controller and female 2.5 mm power connector for the Wi-Fi adapter.<\/li>\n
  6. A 28 inch ( 0.7 m) Y-Power adapter- One Female 2.5 mm Power Input Connector. Two Male 2.5 mm connectors, one to power the Wi-Fi Adapter and the other to power the telescope.<\/li>\n
  7. Access to the ASIIE Android App<\/li>\n
  8. Access to the ASIIE app documentation<\/li>\n
  9. Access to the ASRCP Android App<\/li>\n
  10. Access to the ASRCP app documentation<\/li>\n
  11. Access to the Wi-Fi Adapter installation and configuration documentation<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Android Device Requirements: <\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Android Version must be one of the following: 11, 12, 13, 14, 15<\/strong><\/li>\n
    2. Device must have a built-in GPS receiver. Getting location from Service Provider will not work.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    3. Location Service is enabled while using the ASIIE app.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Mount Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. Meade mount utilizes the AUTOSTAR II\/III hand controller for the ASIIE application<\/strong><\/li>\n
      2. Mount is operational with no issues<\/strong><\/li>\n
      3. HBX port is operational for ASIIE:<\/strong>\n
          \n
        1. Some customers have failed HBX ports which renders the ASII hand controller non-operational and the ASIIE app will not work either.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
        2. RS232 port is operational for ASRCP:<\/strong>\n
